Has anyone ever explained to you exactly how to perform a true breast exam? Is your doctor or health care professional doing it correctly? You cannot depend on a once-a-year mammogram to save your life. You have to be proactive and vigilant about your health all year long! 7/17/11	1PM	MEET YOUR SPIRIT GUIDE- Do you believe you have a "Guardian Angel" and wish you could meet him/her? In this session,I will guide you, during a hypnotic trance, in meeting your own spirit guide and learning his/her name. You may be able to walk and talk with the spirits of loved ones and ask your spirit guide questions.  Everyone's experience will most likely differ. Bring paper and something to write with to class.
6/26/11	1PM	PAIN MANAGEMENT - If you are suffering from chronic pain, this class is for you.  Take control of your discomfort.  With practice, many people are able to return to their health care professional to decrease their pain medications.
