My background

I joined the U.S. Army in 1977 and trained as a 
Combat Medic. Over the years, I continued my education in the medical field whenever the opportunity arose. In 1997, I transferred to 

Military Intelligence where I spent the better part of 4 years overseas before returning to the medical field.

During my last mobilization, I trained soldiers in Combat Medicine before deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. Realizing many of the young soldiers had never been out of their hometowns before and given the tremendous pressure they were under, I created a class for stress management. I was pleasantly surprised that 100% of these soldiers voluntarily attended during their minimal off time.

After serving for 29 years, I retired in 2006. I decided to take stress management a step further and went back to school to become a Certified Hypnotherapist.. I opened my private practice in Texas in 2007.

Goals:

I have successfully treated over 200 people for weight loss and numerous others for chronic pain management. Each patient is evaluated and treated individually. Sessions are tailored to a person's specific behavioral issues.

My goal is to provide avenues for personal betterment and comfort for those who come to me for therapies. I have a range of techniques available to help you obtain and maintain your goals.

I have added PTSD and addictions as additional specialties.
